Om kunstneren
Petra Börner er født i Sverige, men flyttede tidligt til London for at studere mode ved Central Saint Martins. Hun arbejder i flere medier, bl.a. maleri, rumintegrerede værker og keramik, men tegningen er udgangspunktet for hendes praksis. Petra Börner har arbejdet for The New York Times, Chanel, Boråstapeter, The Royal Opera, Apple, Louis Vuitton, Amnesty International, Tiffany & Co, Penguin, Victoria & Albert Museum og Vogue. Hun bor og arbejder i dag i London.
About the artist
Petra Börner grew up in the Skåne County of Sweden. She moved to London to study fashion at Central St Martins whilst working on illustration commissions. She works in a wide range of media, but drawing has been at the heart of her practice from the beginning. Petra Börner has worked with The New York Times, Chanel, Boråstapeter, The Royal Opera, Apple, Louis Vuitton, Amnesty International, Kew Gardens, Tiffany & Co, Penguin, Victoria & Albert Museum, and Vogue.
